Kylie debuted her new hair at the Bellami Beauty Bar in West Hollywood. While we’re very used to her ever-changing hair, makeup, and umm… face, we quite like the new look. She’s the most experimental of all her sisters and why not? She’s the youngest too. The 17-year-old stepped out in a a white jumpsuit with a plunging neckline and that crazy blue hair amidst rumors of supposed-beau, Tyga‘s infidelity. While those involved in the scandal are denying the rumors, Kylie has kept mum about the whole incident. But uhh, who would cheat on this hottie? Right?
