I know Vidya Balan is in character to promote her latest film Ghanchakkar on Dance India Dance Super Moms but that is one seriously tacky outfit. I can’t get over that frill and platform shoes. I know you have to go all out and promote your film Vidya but could you not wear something that’s easy on the eyes?
