The world is mourning the loss of lives after last night’s terrorist attacks in Paris. The Eiffel Tower has shut off its famous lights to grieve these attacks on humanity. With earthquakes in both Mexico & Japan, suicide bombings in Beirut, and the refugee crisis in Europe, amongst many more tragedies, there is a small flicker of hope and light: celebrities, political heads, fashion figures, and people all across the world have taken to social media to share love and support for the victims affected by these tragedies. Today morning, as a fashion girl who follows all major designers and fashionistas across the globe, I saw my feed filled with the hashtag #PrayForParis, as well as an awareness against anti-Islamic ideologies, and a sense of community against all that has happened in the last 24 hours.
