‘No pain, no gain’ is a motto that promises greater rewards in exchange for hard work, whether in fitness or the real walk of life. Whether it’s good grades or a work promotion you want, you need to work hard for it—and the same goes for fitness (like that flat belly you’ve always wanted). You’ve got to train, or you’ll stay the same. Sure, easier said than done, so any encouragement and motivation is welcome indeed. One such source of encouragement we’re receiving is from Puma, the global sportswear brand launching #DoYou, a movement inspiring women to the very core.
As a culmination of the #DoYou campaign, Puma is organizing an event this Sunday to bring together a large number of women to literally, hold a plank. Planking as an exercise encapsulates the importance of a strong core but also works as a perfect metaphor for the importance of core strength in a woman’s life, and this is basically the lifeblood of Puma’s campaign.
Celebrities like Jacqueline Fernandez, Kalki Koechlin, Anushka Manchanda, Ujjwala Raut, Olympic medal winner Sakshi Malik will join the movement. RJ Malishka & Shibani Dandekar will be present to keep the tempo high. And for that much-needed adrenaline rush, DJ Megha Kawale will be mixing some groovy music to which International Zumba specialist Sucheta Pal will be conducting a high power Zumba session. It’s an event you don’t want to miss.
So, calling all women of strength, join the movement and create history by breaking the world record. Register at in.puma.com/doyou for this event happening this weekend, 6th of November (Sunday) 3 pm at Reliance Jio Park, BKC, Mumbai
Incase, of any query you can call on 18001027862. If you have missed out on registering for the event, don’t fret. Spot registrations at the venue will be open till 5:15 pm.
Also, take a picture of yourself planking and post it on your social media handles. Don’t forget to tag @PUMA and hashtag using #PUMAWomen and #DoYou.
See you there!
