Safari-inspired outfits, a garden for a runway, neon tights and more, day 3 of New York Fashion Week was cray, beginning to end. Even though we’re sad we’re not attending, our obsession with NYFW has got us on a social media stalking high. So here is the lowdown on the hottest designers who absolutely slayed on day 3 of New York Fashion Week!

Club Monaco

Club Monaco’s SS 18 collection was all about well-tailored silhouettes that you can wear straight off the runway. While there were structured jackets, their collection also showcased easy-flowing silhouettes in floral prints that we’re totally crushing on. Plus, major props to the slides we spotted on the runway!

Tory Burch

The designer ditched the regular runway and showcased her collection in the garden of the Cooper Hewitt, Smithsonian Design Museum. The major source of influence for Tory Burch’s collection was the interior designer, David Hicks. Prints and embroideries on silk wrap dresses, tunics, and poolside cover-ups featured motifs and designs created by him. We spotted some super symmetrical prints that put our OCD minds at peace.

Milly

Wildflower. Beautiful, yet untamed. Milly’s collection was a mix of blooming ensembles that featured layered skirts and ruffled dresses. Her designs were flirty yet strong and sexy.

Bibhu Mohapatra

Bibhu Mohapatra structured his entire collection to showcase a woman on her way to Japan in the early 20th century. Bibhu sought to bring honor to Japan in a new way with the way he reimagined the kimono in this collection. He dramatized the design by bringing in the off-shoulder element, wrapped fronts and used prints that gave the illusion of a kimono-like garment too.

Nicole Miller

If you wanna look chic on your next safari, the Nicole Miller’s SS18 collection is your new best friend. She brought her modernized version of jungle-worthy jumpsuits, jackets and trench coats for the IT girl. While her collection mostly consisted of the cotton and leather, we love how she has incorporated lace into the scene as well.

Jeremy Scott

I think it’s safe to say that Jeremy Scott is NYFW’s Manish Arora. You can’t understand his designs or silhouettes but can’t help loving them. Embellished neon stockings, green snake print pants knee-high boots and more unpredictable goodness, Jeremy Scott’s collection was a wild ride, start to finish!
