Another season of fashion kicks off in Delhi with Lotus Make-Up India Fashion Week Spring-Summer ’19. Day 1 brought a whole lot of quirky and fun styles along with some amazing designers and showstopper, Sonakshi Sinha who walked the ramp. Scroll down to check out some of the must-have pieces!
Pero
With an array of garments that were filled with prints of flora and fauna, sequins, beads and threads, Pero‘s opening show was super cute and super Insta-worthy!
Anupama Dayal
Bold and vibrant colour, polka dots, stripes along with equally funky footwear was the highlight of the Anupama Dayal’s show.
Samant Chauhan
We couldn’t resist Samant Chauhan’s lineup that had light and muted colours with embellishments and sequins that glittered from afar.
Rimzim Dadu
One of the signature looks that we loved, from Rimzim Dadu’s collection, was the lace stencilling in the pieces. Hand-made chiffon cords, metallic cords and metal wires were also seen on the runway.
Huemn
Huemn had a very cool collection that included day dresses, statement t-shirts in cotton, knits, summer leather, denim and printed fabric.
Romance Was Born
Colour-blocking never looked this romantic. Ruffle cuffs and embroidered collars made for a happy runway, all thanks to Romance Was Born.
We Are Kindred
The vibrant and fun collection included body suits with foil prints, embroidered gowns, two-piece sets and dresses.
Ashish N Soni
From his all-black collection, Ashish N Soni’s skater dress proved to be the perfect LBD anyone would need in their summer closet.
Rajesh Pratap Singh
Oversized and easy pieces in asymmetric silhouettes and wool-linen fabrics showcased RPS’s vision of the collection perfectly.
Rohit Gandhi + Rahul Khanna
Sleek and sexy are the two words to describe Rohit Gandhi + Rahul Khanna’s collection to the T. The enigmatic lineup was concluded by Sonakshi Sinha.
