A whole bunch of Bollywood divas went all out to show their support towards the girl child by attending this initiative by NDTV called ‘Our Girls Our Pride’. Through this initiative, over 2000 girls will get educated by the Pratham India organisation. Bollywood’s leading ladies such as Kajol, Alia Bhatt, Anushka Sharma, Karisma Kapoor put in an appearance, while Priyanka Chopra was a fantastic host. Let’s have a look at what they wore for the event… and don’t forget to vote for your favourite look!
In Denims and a White Shirt
Priyanka Chopra, being the brand ambassador for this initiative, was a wonderful host for the show and donated Rs.12 lakh to educate a 100 girls. She is sporting a very chic white shirt and blue denim look paired with Christian Louboutin “V neck”.
In Pankaj & Nidhi
Anushka Sharma is wearing a Pankaj & Nidhi spring/summer 2013 dress paired with Christian Louboutin ‘Pigalle Spikes’.
In Namrata Joshipura
Alia Bhatt is wearing a Namrata Joshipura animal print top with black palazzo pants and orange strappy sandals. I really liked her look.
In Ilk by Shikha & Vinita
Karisma Kapoor looks gorgeous in this mushroom print skirt and black sequinned blouse from ILK by Shikha and Vinita’s winter/festive 2013 collection.
In Anushka Khanna
Kajol attended the show wearing a maxi dress by designer Anushka Khanna. I’m just not sure if she picked the right pair of shoes to go with the dress. The black platform shoes look very heavy for the flowy dress, but her make-up and soft curly hair is perfect!
