We love it when our favourite celebrities are out and about dressed like perfect rays of sunshine. In bright clothes with bright smiles to match, they instantly add some colour to our day and inspire us to add that neon belt or mix in some sunshine yellow to our staple dark monsoon tones. This week, I didn’t just see one of these sunny celebrities, I saw three; and they all looked great!

Lea Michele attended the 2014 Teen Choice Awards perfectly colour-blocked. Her dress was rather simple but it was the colours that made us sit up and look.

I know she’s trying to showcase her misfit-ness for her upcoming release, but Sonam Kapoor’s outfit was anything but! In a bright skirt and a pink stripy top to match – I absolutely loved the sorbet combination.

Florals in the monsoon is just what you need to cheer you up, they make you look younger than the usual greys and blacks and Deepika Padukone knows it all too well. In a simple dress worn with a pair of flats, my favourite part (apart from the florals) was how she layered her delicate necklaces – always on top of the trends!
