About 10,000 kilometres away from his home base in Delhi is maverick designer Manish Arora‘s newfound space. A riot of colours, curated favourites and the Parisian streets surround his ready-to-wear collection and accessories along with select pieces from his Indian by Manish Arora line. You read right, Arora’s tryst with Paris started in 2007 and ever since then, it’s been his home away from home. Bursting with optimism, the street facing flagship store comes soon after the success of the Galerie Joyce pop-up shop in 2013.
Space is reserved at the store for exhibitions, presentations and events, as is the Manish Arora way. Conceptualised by Milan-Paris based studio, Riccardo Haiat, the store brings about a coalescence between Arora’s colourful world and the elegance of the city it’s in.
Incase you’re visiting, the store is located at 5 rue Rouget-de-L’Isle, between the Tuileries garden and rue Saint-Honoré and is open between Monday and Saturday between 11am and 7pm.
Visiting this one is on our bucket list, how about you?
