At the music launch tonight, Ileana’s wearing a sparkly number by Giorgio Armani and sexy-as-hell pointy toe pumps by Stuart Weitzman.

I’m not sure I’ve ever seen her rock something this risqué and I think she pulls it off well. Her last two looks, remember this and this, were more on the resort-y side and this comes as a complete change.
