If you’re wondering what a feminist looks like – This is it! Emma Watson has been a style icon ever since the age of 14 and just tell me, who doesn’t love the Harry Potter beauty? We already adore her and now, here’s a reason to fall in love with Emma all over again. Actress, activist and Goodwill Ambassador to the United Nations, Emma Watson adorned the cover of ELLE’s feminism issue. And she looks MIND BLOWING!
She stunned in a white, deconstructed matching set by designer Stella McCartney on the cover. Watson modelled a liquid look with some striking make up and drenched hair. When I look at the laid-back pose and how well the look goes with everything, all I think of is how the late ’80s are having a moment once again.
In an interview with the editor of ELLE, Watson revealed how she over comes her fear of fame. She stated,
Fame is not something I have always felt comfortable with; I have really grappled with it emotionally. And, in a funny way, doing this is my way of making sense of the fame, of using it. I have found a way to channel it towards something else, which makes it so much more manageable for me. And this is something I really believe in.
Ever since I’ve watched Emma Watson evolve from a girly teen to a bona-fide stylish wunderkind, I have fallen even more in love with her. She is one actress who never fails to surprise me.
